Westhoff, Cone & Holmstedt is organized horizontally with three owner/manager investment bankers allocating the resources of the firm. We do not maintain a large, costly retail sales organization and focus 100% of our time on our investment banking activities. We distribute our clients bonds "in house" while at the same time offering our bonds for sale to other firms. If the other firms will accept lower rates, we will award them the bonds. Over the years, we have found our system of Managed Competition will find the lowest rate on any given day and deliver it to the client 100% of the time.
